About
We are a boutique real estate office that prides itself on giving proffesional and personal attention to each and every one of our clients. Shop small. Dream big. I've sold millions of dollars worth of real estate and have over 10+ years of experience in a fast paced market, in one of the top cities in the country.
Real estate can be stressful at times but when it's all said and done, it's the smile on my clients face that makes it all worthwhile. Being out with clients rather than stuck behind a desk 9 to 5 is ptobably another favorite perk.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting them educated about the whole process. From getting pre approved to signing the papers on buying their first home or selling their current one. Get to know their wish list and be honest with them if it's realistic or not. I don't think agents are honest enough with their clients and I like to feel they can trust me and my judgement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay current within the market which includes any new developments going on. I also use all forms of social media in my marketing to cover all platforms on which my listings can be seen.
How did you get started in this business?
I was tired of working in the hospitality industry and needed a change. I answered an ad and got a call back along with the job. All while waiting on the curb as my car got towed!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone from first time home buyers to seasoned developers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The birth of my son.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they know the market, are able to be reached and have your best interest moving forward.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
For buyers, they need to know their budget. Get pre approved. There is nothing worse than seeing a gorgeous home you can't afford. Sellers need to declutter and disassociate from the home their selling. This can sometimes be hard but it works wonders to get the home sold fast.
