What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start with a phone call to get some contact with each other. I usually ask a series of questions regarding their lifestyle and if we click the next step would be to set up an appointment for me to see their home. There's no obligation for the initial phone call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and background is in interior design and fine arts. I have been in the interior design business for approximately 25 years.
