I like to speak to a customer on the phone to get a sense of what they're looking for and explain a little bit about how I work and what I do.

I have a BS in Business/Marketing and have completed a staging certification.

I work with realtors, builders and homeowners looking to market their home for sale but also help decorate homes to live in.

I recently staged a home that the seller liked so much they decided not to sell!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I tell all my clients that staging is not decorating but marketing. It is not about what I like or they like but the intended target audience who will be buying their house.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think people need to think realistically about their budget, timeframe and appropriate expectations.
