What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For private lesson I go to the clients house and do the training right there in front of them.
For my board and train program I usually go to the persons house, go over everything thedog has been doing and then come up with a plan on how to fix it. I pick the dog up at the beginning of training and then drop him or her off at the end of the board and train program.
