Working with Renan started out fine. It was a little difficult to schedule a time but once they showed up they did a great job installing two new storm doors and main doors in our home for a reasonable price. My mistake was trusting that Renan would keep his word at the end of that day. He told me that hed return two days later to install the door strike plates and pick up all of the old doors and trash. I paid them at the end of day one, plus a tip, trusting that hed return to finished the job.
Ive been trying to contact him to complete the work for over a month now. It started with excuses but now he wont answer my calls or texts. At this point weve had to hired a trash pickup company to take the old doors etc away and install the strike plates ourselves. I was very disappointed and I would not recommend hiring Renan to anyone.

I started working as a carpenter's helper, gaining experience and over time I became a professional in what I do today, so I decided to open my own company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I serve clients for small jobs and I also attend large jobs and companies as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our last job was the remodeling of two bedrooms, where we demolished everything and did all the finishing work, using shiplap on the ceiling and walls, beautiful work.

I believe that the professional must be ready to help the client, so all questions about whether it is possible to carry out the project according to the client's taste are valid.
