What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Family interviews are very important when client is drawing plans AND bringing us a completed plan. Many many times we find things that have been missed in the process of getting a plan on paper. Knowing how our families want to LIVE in their space and how their wish list correllates to their budget is very important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always available to assist when clients have a question about their plans, design, build, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We get asked this alot - there is absolutely NO WAY to estimate the cost of a home that has never been built. Might could estimate the cost of a home that HAS been built before, but only if the lot conditions are the same, lumber pricing hasn't changed, all variables are exact (not realistic for a custom home). Each home we build is custom and created to serve a specific family based on their lifestyle and desires.
