How did you get started in this business?
I worked at McDonald’s for 30 years. After I retired I became an accountant and soon realized I felt like a prisoner chained to a desk. I knew I wanted to work with dogs but did want to go back to school for years to become a vet. I decided to try grooming and never looked back!!

i work with all income levels and all education levels of people.
my favorite customer is down to earth, first name friendly and loves their dog as much as their child.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
i’ve groomed a family’s two labs a few times. They were kind of fat, lazy and nonchalant. On the fourth groom, they jumped out of the car and ran to the door and were super excited to come to Bark City. They went from not caring about anything to playing like puppies when they come to our facility.
