I love my job being a woman in the towing industry is AMAZING when I tell people what I do they get a wondering look on their faces then it registers to them and they like oh ok great with a big smile but what I love about my job is I get to help people and being the one to do the prices as well I can lower them if I feel like a family or individual ion need is stuck on the road and can't afford to pay I always try to find what works for us all

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My friendly Administrator will take your information while getting to know the person you are and how to better assist your needs we will then have a tow truck driver call you back with an ETA
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service my whole life and I've been around fast cars and good looking women my whole life lolol so this is something I can relate to besides being a woman and telling some guy who calls in about his car not going into gear how to take his dressing around the gear shift off and to push or pull the override switch ext or telling them how I have to drop their driveshaft to tow the vehicle well let's just say they don't ask a lot of questions anymore and I'm always hired with repeat customers lol just a small-town girl lol

our prices vary i don't put a specific because again a family could be in need or a friend could need me to float him until the end of the week when he gets paid I'm pretty chill on the money aspect I just wont to help people I am a single mother myself and was in a rough spot before someone helped me so I am returning the favor to the public you gotta give to get
