As a real estate professional with Re/Max Real Estate Center, and Realtor with both the Greater Louisville (GLAR) and National Associations of Realtors (NAR), Michael loves what he does for a living. Helping “friends” find the homes of their dreams and moving into their next “chapters”! His motto, “Your best friend who just happens to be a Realtor”!

Michael is also is well-versed in representing clients buying or selling light-commercial and investment properties/facilities. Having vast resources from which to pull from to meet his clients needs when seeking and securing those types of properties.

Making sure the details of buying a property from offers, to acceptance, to inspection, and then the various banking/legal requirements are dealt with efficiently, and within the allowed time frames. Taking the hassle out of buying real estate.

Frequently asked questions

Really get to know them, their needs, their timeline, and their budget. "Listen" to them more than I talk.

I have been in different parts of the real estate industry for a number of years, and I feel that I have a perspective that others may lack.

For some a home is just that, but for investors and solo-entrepreneurs it is something all together different.

I am a full-service agent and Realtor, and my service level always meets and exceeds that.

Just felt right.

I work with first-time buyers, seasoned home buyers, and down-sizing buyers. I work with a lot of investors who buy properties for rehab, and since I am very strong in "marketing", I do tend to see a lot of my business be the listing of homes.

I don't just list a home and walk away, I make sure I do everything that I can get to get "sold"!

I have so many, love working in real estate, or I wouldn't do it.

My one piece of advice, or maybe two. First off, do yourself a favor and hire a pro. Make sure she or he are full-time, not part-time doing another job. You wouldn't hire a part-time doctor, why would you hire a part-time real estate expert.

Homes and land are large investments, make sure you intrust the process you are undertaking by working with a professional.

Be "honest" with yourself on what you need, can afford, and want. Then secondly, make sure you tell your real estate professional.

If you are not truthful on either score, you only stand to waste a lot of your time, not get the home you want, and maybe even spend money you wouldn't have to otherwise.
