If the scope of the project can be clearly defined, we prepare a concise bid; but, if it cannot then we work on an T&M (time plus material) basis. Our rates are very competitive, and usually lower then most of our competitors. We have found that most of the time if it is troubleshooting a serious problem that the T&M method is the most fair and equitable way to handle a project. The customer usually comes out ahead, because they only pay for what they get. When we use the T&M, method I try to give and estimate how much time and how much material I can project based on my years experience how much the project could cost. Our goal is to always find most equitable solution to your problem, keeping the cost of your project at a minimum.
