A brief conversation to get the basics of what the customer wants, we don't make quotes or guarantees over the phone, make an appointment, we need to actually see the client to decide on what we can do or not, and what's the best style for the dog..There's no obligation to customer to stay or fee required,if not happy with our recommendation..
