What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For service: a trained technician in a stocked service van will be dispatched in a 2 hour window to assess your system and make recommendations to you for repairs.
For replacements: a trained comfort specialist will be dispatched in a 2 hour window to assess your system and make recommendations for your options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a master HVAC license for the state of KY.
Our technicians hold a journeyman HVAC license for the state of KY.
All are technicians have attended HVAC Academy and go thru monthly continuing education training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We use an industry standard flat rate system, you know the cost of the repair before we begin.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2003 Kevin started Thompson Heating and Cooling. The company grew from the responsive honest services we provided and now has a full staff of profession dedicated technicians to service the clients.

We work with residential and commercial clients on everything from preventative maintenance and service to replacement of HVAC systems.
