I like to come meet the customer And go over the job in detail. Work on design and return a quote within 24 to 48 hours. If the quote is acceptable, then I coordinate with the customers to get them booked. I offer a contract with all customers to protect both them and myself. I am typically two weeks out on work

I have been in the trades since I was a teenager. Have built many homes from the foundation up to the roof. Also have had several remodeling and renovation jobs. 

I generally figure out what materials will cost then that is what I charge in labor. It keeps my prices under my competition and the customers like having a good job done for less.  I do add a little on for demo and haul off of waste but I include a break down in all my quotes so customers know exactly what they are spending their hard earned money on. 

My family owned rental houses when I was younger. So they are the reason I was introduced into the trades. I stuck with it as an adult because I enjoy building some from scratch with my own two hands. 

The statement you get what you pay for isn't always true. I charge less than my compition and more times then not my quality of work for surpasses theirs. Find someone that will treat your home and assets as if they were their own
