Florida journeyman plumber. Have been Plumbing in the tri-state area now since July 2015 and am working to get both Kentucky and Ohio state licenses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would recommend hiring whoever you feel the most comfortable with, and who has the most fair price quote in regards to job needing accomplished.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is the problem being fixed just temporary or is it gonna be fixed for years to come without any further issues.
