Experience, doing everything you can imagine and lots of it. Patrick Reynolds the owner and operator of No Wait has been running his own landscaping company since he was just 9 years old. He has learned the tricks of the trade, and has experienced much. His staff is just as seasoned as him and work hard sunup to sundown 7 days a week.
