Hello! I am Alex, owner.
My passion is having dogs & cats around 24/7. They bring me joy that cannot be fulfilled elsewhere. I have been a vet technician for two years. I have experience in boarding, medications, bathing, nail trimmings etc. I have two spoiled mixes. One of which is a special case rescue, which has heightened my experience in fearful aggression in dogs. Please let me know if your dog has any special needs and I am likely able to accommodate you. I often take my dogs out to run free at my family property and treehouse in Germantown, Ky. I will also offer this service to your family member if you choose, when in my care. I do offer services at my home/business in Melbourne, KY but have our pets sectioned off and separated in my large home. I live upstairs and business is on the first floor. I do also offer services at or around your home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send out Boarding, and Daycare forms that will need to be sent back prior to our meet-n-greet.
A meet and greet is where the owner brings their dog to see if we might be a good fit. Typically the owner will stay for a few and chat while their dog adjusts to the new enviroment. The owner will leave their dog for a few hours or half day. The careful & caring intro of new dogs is a skill. Each new dog is evaluated prior to introduction into the group and begins with placement with a staff dog selected for his talent at bringing out the best in new friends.
