What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them over the phone or if they'd rather have them meet at my office to find out what their goals are in either Buying or Selling, then go from there in the details I will need for researching prior to meeting them in person.
If Buying I have them contact a perferred Loan Officer first before we start looking atr homes so we don't look at homes that are over their desired budget
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 year Full time agent with numerous online, office, board training. Gone out of area to some classes to be sure to be up to date in my occupation, Then RE/MAX national offers tons of webnairs which I partcipate in.
