What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a few requirements for new dogs. They need to be current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and enjoy social environments. I invite any new customers to schedule a meet and greet to visit our place and see if we are a good fit for their dog.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience with my own dogs plus boarding and daycare since 2015.
