We typically start with a phone call or a text / email then depending on the scope of the work we will make vsual inspection of the site and then we will put together a estimate..

License Johnson County General Contractor contractor with ICC license.also am a Certified Solid Surface Fabricator and Installer as well as a Onyx Dealer and Ceramic Tile Installer .

We have a set hourly price we charge depending on what service is required and can also put together a firm estimate.
How did you get started in this business?
Started as a framing contractor and became a builder in the late seventies and eighties. Started a cabinet and furniture company with a full service licensed remodeling company to back everything up which we have operated successfully for 30 plus years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From the most difficult to the most pleasant . I find that personalities play a big part of every job. Customer and Contractor must be compatible for a project to run smoothly even under the best circumstances because problems will arise.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was called out on a sidewalk replacement for a senior couple they had several estimates that were considerably higher than they should have been .
We analyzed the project and was able to come up with a solution that saved them thousands of dollars that makes me feel good that we were able to make a profit and save the customer a lot of money it's not always about the dollars. We've done several new jobs for them and have made friends in the process.
