What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will need to get registered at Puppy's Playpen before we can book an appointment. Simply go to www.puppysplaypen.com and click on the tab that says Enrollment. You will be directed to fill out 3 New Customer Forms online. Once we receive your Forms we will have your vet provide your vaccination records and then we are good to go!!!
