What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask some basic questions about where your at, where you are going, are u in a house or apartment, how many bedrooms are there. Tjis will help us determine if we can give u a quote over the phone or if we need to come to you in person. Not all moves are the same. Each move, each customer is unique and special every time. So we want to do and give the best everytime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been in this business for going on 15 yrs now. I have come to love what I do. Teaching new guys how to do this, how to protect themselves and furniture and our customers place or office. We love to serve our customers daily.
