How did you get started in this business?
John Chaney began selling insurance in Lawrence Kansas in 1948 asked Chaney agency. In 1992 John Chaney Junior began selling real estate in Lawrence Kansas. Laura Chaney's Great grandfather sold farms from his general store. Laura's great great great grandfather came to Kansas in 1854.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Land, Residential single-family, multi family, apartment complexes, retail shopping centers, and office buildings. Sales and leasing.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
During the last five years we have specialized in working with banks and the federal government to establish value on real estate parcels throughout the NE area of Kansas.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone that likes you.
