First thing first: we greeting the customer and request to fill out a form with a few details about their needs

Next step we check our avaylability for next appointment avaylable an we offer the new customers a one on one meeting to talk about their projects.
After that, we work on the estimate and deliver it as soon as possible.
Then, we follow up new customer response, make some adjustments on the estimate if needed and sometimes we have to meet again for more details.
If the project are aproved, we put hands on it and follow up the project through the entire proces untill complited, after that we supervise that everiting is okay and attend our customers concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team behind the scene working hard for delivering to our customer the best experience while provider home service in the landscaping fiel. Our Office Team is made up of Landscaping Architects/Designers, Webmaster, Community Managers, Accounting Professionals and Customer Relationship Personell. Our field trained groups are truly professionals in their discipline, such as experienced Hardscaping Workers, Massonry Professionals, Decks and Fence Builders, Lawn Care and General Landscaping Workers. Yes, we have standarized our prices based on the media of the market we work in. Our lower rate per hour es $45, it may vary depending on the conditions the work can be performed.

Lopez Landscaping & Tree Service LLC was founded by Juan Lopez in 2014. Juan worked 10 years in the landscape industry before founding his own company, throughout those years he gained the skills for a gardener to achieve success. We love to see you pleased with your garden appearance after we work on it, this is the true meaning of success for us.
