Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical way in which we work with customers is very easy. Usually they call for an estimate and we ask for an address and best time to meet . We show up at the discussed time and listen to the needs of the customer and give any advice we think might help. Once we have determined the goal the customer has envisioned we decide a fair price which we send them a written quote via text or email for them to look over. There is a place for customer to e-sign if they want work done and are put on schedule and notified when work will be done

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently we did a large job on a resort lake in Michigan which took a few days to finish. We always enjoy working by lakes taking a dip at the end of a hot day of work is very refreshing as well as tossing a line in the water during lunch. We just try to enjoy our jobs and the great outdoors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the are competent and get all work discussed in writing to avoid a not so pleasurable experience with my industry.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The big picture most people who have tree work done are planning to stay where they live for a while. Plan out your final goal and have work done in stages because tree care can be a bit pricey. So do a little every year instead of letting it go to long you have to incure a very large expense weather in be a new roof because the trees hanging over it caused the roof to deteriorate more quickly or trees died and become a safety issue.
