What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet them and see what kind of service they would like. After we see the location we give them a estimate. They make the choice to use us and we set a date to do the job. After the job is complete we collect payment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing landscaping since high school. I have worked with several different companies to learn how they operate.

Mulch is 65$ a yard
most lawns range from 35$-60$ unless it's a large property.
Landscaping really depends on what is going on.

How did you get started in this business?
I did it as a summer job back in high school and just loved it.
you can't fix the love of taking someone's yard and turning it into a masterpiece.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinda you name it picky customers, some I have never met in person, some that are really detailed, laid back, older, younger, ones that don't like to pay,
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a very large driveway and sidewalk patio job turned out great. Customer was in love with how it all turned out.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have insurance!!!!

Ask questions that way you feel confident in what they claim they are doing. A lot of people out there claim they know how to do it.
the cheap guy is not always the way to go. You get what you pay for!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they want done. How they have plans on doing the job. How long it will take. Have you done anything like this before. See one photos of the work they have done. See if they have any reviews.
