Craig and Theresa Bartels, as Broker/Owners of The Indy Realty Shop, has been real estate brokers and property investors since 2001 and have over 30 years combined experience. Having helped well over 800 families over the past 19 years purchase or sell a home, Craig and Theresa have vast experience with home sellers, luxury home sellers, first time home buyers, luxury home purchases, as well as investment focused real estate transactions. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do either a phone or in person interview to find out exactly what our client needs. Whether it's home buying or selling. This allows us to fine-tune our home search or also find out additional details about the home they are looking to sell. If selling, we need to meet with the client to give them recommendations on how best to sell their home as well as guide on pricing the home. We have written several books on real estate sales, one that assists home buyers, the other that will assist home sellers.

How did you get started in this business?
I purchased almost 90 investment properties by the time I was 30 years old and decided I wanted to be my own buyer agent!

Vast experience at all levels. From million dollar homes to home buyers just starting out and buying a $75,000-$100,000 home. Quite a lot of experience with investors.
