What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my seller either in person or on the phone. I visit their home. We discuss their wants and needs. We discuss the selling process and what to expect. I then walk through their home with them. I make suggestions for preparing the house for the market. Then I prepare a market anaylsis to determine the value of their home.
With a new buyer we meet or talk on the phone. We discuss their wants and needs in a new home. I explain how the buying process works. We discuss if they have been pre-approved with a lender. If they have not I give them some suggestions, if needed. I then setup a search in the MLS, with the criteria the buyers have provided me. As homes come on the market that match their criteria, an email is sent to the buyers.
