Derek has been training dogs for over 30 years and certified through Dunbar Training Academy.

Hebegan as a teenager, competing in AKC Obedience shows, and has since continued to train his own personal pets, as well as many friends and family pets. His techniques are ever-changing, and even now can be a little more tailored to each specific pet!

Tawni has been in the veterinary field, mostly small animal practice, for over 25 years. Her passion for pets has been her life’s work, and will continue to be.

We aim to break the cycle of dogs and cats being relinquished to shelters for behavioral issues that could have been resolved. We treat each pet as an individual, as no single solution works for all. We believe that every dog and cat deserves a forever home!
