Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hold a conversation over the phone or in person. We invite all pet parents out for a site tour of the Resort any day of the week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally overseen the care of over 330,000 pets.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our boarding rates are by the day. Meaning the day of check in is considered a day, everyday inbetween is considered a day and the day of check out is considered a day. Your pet's room is reserved from the very beginning of the day you are to check in until the very end of the day you're scheduled to pick up.
How did you get started in this business?
I followed up on my deep inherit connection with dogs and cats by designing, building and owning a Pet Resort.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every customer to me is someone special. I hope to be part of their life indirectly through the care of their pet in some way.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We care for many very elderly dogs that just touch our hearts. We have a very special 15 year old terrier who stays with us frequently and we are truly in love with him and care for him as if he was our own.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Tour, Tour, Tour as many facilities as you can before making any type of decisions. A picture is worth a thousand words and, even though we are all in the same business, it's how we all work hard to earn your trust which seperates us.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Would Boarding be a good idea for my pet?
