What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk to the customer online and get to know them and their animal/s that need to be taken care of. Eventually I can meet up in person and talk face to face about the job, as well as meet the animal/s!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had pets all my life and love to take care of them. I work at Bub’s Burgers in Westfield which has provided me with knowledge on customer service and dedication to my work.
