What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, you have to find out if your the right fit for their scope of work. I like to stay in communication with a client, once they confirm that they want to hire us. We send a quote via email. We inform them of when work is to begin, and complete the quality work in a timely manner.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have standard pricing since all work is on an individual basis. What one chimney may need another will not.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If your going to hire a pro, get at least 3 estimates on the scope of work before you hire.
