Prior to meeting me and Arthur (dog), she took the time to gather specific information to ensure Arthur was an appropriate fit for her and vice versa. Rather than rushing through the appointment, she took the time to allow Arthur to take breaks when she noticed discomfort.
As someone who has experienced problems with past groomers, Melissa was a breath of fresh air. I will absolutely recommend her to others with small dogs!
