What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients: we encourage a visit to our facility so that they can see first hand where their dog will be staying. Either boarding or grooming - dogs get outsdie time to play. Clients are always welcome to stop by...don't forget to bring your pup with you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business Management but most importantly a passion for the health and welfare of animals. I have had dogs all my life, have worked in both vet and boarding facilities through college and own my own rescures 3 dogs and 2 cats.
