I am a one on grooming salon and work on pets one at a time from start to finish. I am also all inclusive so a full groom or bath service also includes a facial scrub, ear cleaning, anal glad check, double shampoo for your pets skin type. It also includes luxury conditioner, hand drying, nail clip and file and a bow/bandanna to go home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make an appointment that works with most schedules. I meet and great the pet while the owner fills out new client paper work. I asses pet and discuss with owner what needs to be done at every appointment. Vaccitions are recommended and Rabies is mandatory per the state of IN.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended college and got an associates degree in Veterinary nursing and worked in private practice for 10 yrs. I decided I like grooming better so I started taking online courses and attending trade shows. I also started competing in grooming competitions.

How did you get started in this business?
My love for animals all my life! 10 yr 4H member and 10 yrs in the dog and cat project. Then I became a leader of the same club and trainer for 12 yrs.
