We have been serving the heating and cooling needs of the Kosciusko County area since 1987. We provide residential and light commercial hvac installations, service, and preventative maintenance.
We provide the small business personal attention that you deserve!
Some of our customers have shared that they like being able to contact the owner directly, versus a call taker, who doesn't give them the attention they need. Others have stated they like the small town feel when doing business switch us.
We take our time to do the job right and do not get in a hurry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive communication via phone, email, Facebook messenger, or LinkedIn messaging, we will respond and answer to the request.
If it is service or repair, we will quote ahead of time our current rate for diagnosis, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance.
If the request is for a quote on a new system, we will set up a time to meet and come to your home for a free consultation. At that time, we will learn about your needs and see if we are a good fit for you and your family.
Once we determine this is a fit then we will comprise a quote usually consisting of multiple brands and Good, Better, Best equipment and efficiency packages.
Scheduling normally happens within 2 weeks of acceptance date and often times within a few days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my initial education at Ivy Tech in Fort Wayne, In from 1992-1993.
I am a Certified NCCER Trainer for the HVAC and Electrical fields.
I have served as an Adjunct Instructor in the HVAC Dept at Ivy Tech Fort Wayne.
For our consulting side, I received my John Maxwell Certified DISC Coach and Behavior Analysis Trainer Certificate in 2019.
We continue to keep up with the newest technologies through our distribution network and suppliers for the Hvac industry.

We use a Straight Forward Pricing Guide for all hvac service calls and outtages.
We have a flat rate diagnostic fee to come to your place of residency or business.
We offer preseason maintenance contracts at discounted rates.
Installations and equipment upgrades are priced out individually per home or business as sizes vary, along with labor and material costs.
