What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with pets and owners. Typically they call or text me (847)833-3285, and we start from there. I am very straightforward, I make sure that the client and I are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Psychology. But, I have been grooming and training dogs all of my life. My grandparents owned a boarding kennel, my mom was a Professional Dog Handler, so I basically grew up doing what I love.
