What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home for a get acquainted visit where we meet you and your pets. We fill out a detailed checklist to tell us how to care for your pets. We spend time to get to know your pets.......
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a petsitter in Kansas City, MO to learn the business. I teach an obedience class at Fox Valley Dog Training Club on Thursday nights. I've been petsitting for 24 years, started my business in 1996......I've cared for my own pets my whole life!
