What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STORAGE - Phone contact then giving out rates for different unit sizes. (always lower than competitors)
STORAGE - Setting up a date and time that works best for customer to view units. If customer decides on a particular unit he must then sign a month to month contract.
MOVING SERVICE - Initial phone contact describing our Free estimate availability and convenient times.
