What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Average time to groom most dogs is 1 1/2 to 2 hours. All appointments are one on one and I will text you to pick up as soon as I am done.. I encourage 1st time boarders to come look around before booking. Anyone boarding a dog in the state of IL MUST have a state license in a kennel OR a home. I am licensed and fully insured.
