My service stands out becasue I go above and beyond for my clients. I start with a home consultation and give thoughts on what should be done inside and out of the home to make it as presentable as possible once we go live. I start with any repairs that need to be addressed upfront before we get to the inspection period which can result in possible red flags from those items being present, I bring in a stager for ideas on de-cluttering and what items to keep in the house during showings, bring in an exterior expert for thoughts on curb appeal and what should be done there, and address any additional items I may see problematic to complete our goal of selling for TOP DOLLAR.
The feeling of accomplishment when helping people find their dream home. Seeing the expression of love and feeling at home when clients are purchasing their new Homes. Helping people "honestly" when they are not familiar with issues in a home or uncertain of the home buying/selling process.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in Real Estate in 2012 when people kept telling me that with my experience/passion for Real Estate and with my background in construction, I would make one fantastic Realtor serving quality over quantity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with Investors seeking portfolios or single properties, I've worked with over 100 commercial ownwers selling or buying commerical proeprties, and I've worked with families looking to buy their first home, upsize to their second/third home, or the elderly looking to downsize in to maintenance free living.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent client approached me in a time of need that she desperatley needed help with. She had a home to sell which was over-leveraged and needed to move to accomodate a new family member. After strategic planning and pricing, we put the home on the market and had an offer come in 5,000 over asking price which she gladly accepted. She was then able to purchase the home of her dreams which I got her at 15,000 below asking price and below market.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview the Agent and ask about their marketing plan and how they treat their cleints. Feel them out and if you're not comfortable with them, talk to the next Agent.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Decide what is most important for your family and how you should develope a plan to make those dreams come true.
