What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inintial in home meeting get to know client/designer.
Discuss project goals and inspiration, share pictures, sketches and ideas
Discuss time frame, level of investment and payment options and procedures for project.
Begin product selection
Gather initial measurements and pictures pertaining to scope of work.
Schedule appointment to go over design proposal.
Presentation of product/labor proposal. Process may require general contractor & Designer home visit to access utilities, do final measure and confirm design.
Final general contractor review of final scope of work and material selection.
Product fulfillment/ordering 4-6 weeks
Delivery and inspection of product
Pre-construction conference
Installation begins
Midpoint review & site check
Punch List review
Final review
