We send over a check list by email or text to the customer. We schedule a 10 minute or less phone appointment to go over booking address, booking time, staff member information, check list items, pricing quote, invoice, and payment of invoices.

We are a professional cleaning services that emphasize on-the-job training and certifications. We can cover various aspects of cleaning, from techniques and safety procedures to the use of specific cleaning products.

We do not have a pricing system. However, we stay below the general home or office cleaning rate making our services affordable for everyone.
How did you get started in this business?
We got started in 2019 just before the pandemic hit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with those who are busy professionals, new families, retirees, or those who simply prefer to outsource their cleaning needs. Some target markets also include individuals moving in or out of residences, and those requiring special occasion cleaning. Additionally, commercial cleaning services are offered to businesses like offices, schools, and community buildings.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are called to complete a cleaning job by the Chicago Chambers of Commerce with 24 hours' notice due to a bad cleaning job. We are able to pick up where they left off and complete the job before their event the next morning. They were satisfied with our cleaning and mentioned that the place smelled great.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find a company like Harp-Will Cleaning to complete your home or business cleaning needs. They are reliable and reasonably priced.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should know exactly what their cleaning needs are and have a set budget that they do not want to exceed.
