Greetings I am Dr Jose Resto, I have been a realtor now for 37 years full-time. 8 months ago I joined the fastest growing real estate company in the US and Canada, eXp Realtors. I am now a broker and partner of this amazing company and looking to grow my team. My passion is to help first time home buyers, returning buyers, and investors in achieving their real estate goals. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial contact with the future home buyer is very methodological, I first interview the client to identify what financial needs they may have. I then connect them with the appropriate financial officer that may be able to resolve those needs. in the meantime I would have completed an interview with them of what is important to the future homeowner and their family and their desired home. We then set a schedule to meet and c-4 to 5 Homes at a time. Luckily we will find their favorite home usually buy the second or third visit together.
