About
We work closely with our clients and gather information to learn about their layout and functional needs, and then through a multi-step design process, we take the time to develop each room and space per the client's requirements while also developing the design of the exterior of the home to meet their aesthetic wishes and design style preferences.
We enjoy the process of learning about our client's functional needs and aesthetic preferences to help them through the design process to develop a project that exceeds their expectations.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process by meeting with the potential client to learn what they plan to accomplish with their project. Next, we develop a scope of work, fee, and proposal agreement for their review and acceptance. After the proposed agreement is accepted we start the process by gathering more information to determine the client's functional needs and aesthetic and design style preferences. Now, we start the design by laying out the home based on the client's room and space adjacency requirements and site, and then the exterior is developed based on the layout of the home and we add the detail and design to the exterior per the aesthetic and design style preferences. After the design is approved we develop and draw the construction and permit drawings for the home.
