    Frank set up e-mail alerts for me for newly listed properties which provided me an opportunity to review the listing and request Frank to schedule showings. Frank is very responsive to scheduling showings. Frank would quickly engage the listing agent for answers to any follow-up questions after the showings. Frank is attuned to great customer service and responds quickly to telephone, e-mail and text requests. Frank provided good information on related properties and recent sales that helped in the bidding process. After the bid, Frank worked collaboratively with my attorney for a smooth sale.
