What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally my initial contacts are via word-of-mouth so people usually call me, otherwise contacting via text such as homeguide.
Visiting jobsite and giving general pricing and variable pricing if required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hard scape in landscape design through Unilock Corporation training back in the mid 1970s Then working for multiple real estate management companies and Contractors developing landscape projects and variable landscape maintenance schedules. Over 40 years of experience and dealing with large nurseries, LURVIES etc.

How did you get started in this business?
Working for a woman Camille Lee that owned a landscape business who also worked for Chalet in Wilmette. I was a teenager and probably about 50 years ago.

Usually green with multicolored leaves and flowers ! π

To let me get there work going so they can feel good about their property ! π

What they can afford on their project a.k.a. budget ! Then what is most necessary to sustain a biologically healthy landscape environment within the project parameters and then what would be most visually effective / satisfying !!!
