They are not in a grooming shop. They are in my home. No dogs barking in the back ground

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about what type of pet you have. I explain my services and we agree on a price and a time. I groom from my house and meet you there. I give you an estimate of how long services take. I will call you 10 minutes prior to being done, and will bring your pup /pet out to your car. Door to Door Service!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Academy of Dog Grooming Arts school and taught there also.
I have also trained others one on one to become a groomer.

To meet with them one on one. You are giving your loved pet to someone you need to feel confident and trust your little furbabies
