What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to a potential client and verify the work that is to be performed, timing, potential Start dates, then set up a meeting and free estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the Home Improvement field since 1993. We have also worked for the likes of "HARD ROCK CAFE" in Chicago, IL. and Miami FL. "Biscane harbor" and the "LONG HORN REST.." 3 of which are in Miami Fl., and the "ROCK BOTTOM RST.." in Chicago , IL, all major interior and exterior remodels.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As all remodels are different we do not have a set cost on our workmanship. Also materiasl are constantly changing in price. So unfortunatly the answer is NO.
How did you get started in this business?
We started our Business in 1993 as I was working with my Father in his painting business til that year when he passed away. My older brother took over My fathers business. Before going into business I served for the Addison Police Department, Luthern general Hospital, UPS, Etc.... My true calling was Helping others with there Projects and see the finished product I created for them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with Home owners, Property management, Insurance agencies, Commercial, and Restaurants.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We just finished a pool deck surround and the customer we werre hired from on this website , is the best Customer I have had iun a long time . She loves the finished project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In our Business most customers have no Idea of the expense and the time that is needed to proper for the project. As we are helpful with the painting, roofing, siding, gutters, Etc.. We do recommend a Interior designer for all remodels and we can refer you to several that we have been working with. All Materials must be at the home before we demo any project and begin the work , so the projecty keeps moving.
Also you pay for what you get.... As we are ussually not the Highest we are definitly not the lowest.
