We get their information, they tel us what they need help with, we make an appointment and we service. We follow up with customer as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The cheapest is not always the best solution, make sure they are professionals and they know what they're doing even it cost a bit more, but you will save at the end in call backs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Check the basics, like breakers, thermostats, something loose. I will hate to charge you to find out a tripped breaker.
