Hello my name is JP. I have been creating ideas and building architectural home projects since 1975. My main focus is helping affluent clients design and build their dream home projects. Home clients value my exceptional creativity and empathetic manner. I show great appreciation for their needs and applies it in their best interest in regard to their overall home design. My expertise has helped many clients successfully reach their goals with universal design, aging-in place, net-zero energy homes, river/lake/beachfront homes, and more. I have served clients in areas outside of my Crest Hill, IL studio including CA, CO, FL, IN, IA, MI, MO, MT, TX and WI. When desired, I travel to their homes and explore many ideas they may have never thought of; I love to discuss how each homeowner can expand his/her perspective.
